Synopsis:
In Chains consists of a couple of non-related episodes. Among other things we see two monsters insulting each other, auctions of royal weapons, and passive participants in their own misery.

The too fast pace of life in polluted cities makes people sick. Neuroses are an everyday occurrence. Overcrowding, pollution and noise are enemies no. 1. What can happen to a man who is irritated by some sound while he wants to read his newspaper in peace, is the subject of this film. From a calm everyday person exposed to constant sound bombardment, a person becomes dangerous. He is able to tear down and destroy. But maybe it’s all just a fairy tale, because each of us carries everything that accumulates in us during our short human life.
