Hundreds of characters succumb to the “bird plague”, faster for everyone to really react. A lot of different situations happen one after another going quicker and quicker. We pass a dentist, a children’s birthday party, a football match. Everybody seems to be oblivious to what’s happening until it actually happens to themselves.
