Multiple award-winning Daniel Gray presents his short animation HIDE. With producer Bella Szederkényi, they reveal the story of creating HIDE from conception through festivals. Daniel Gray Studied Fine Art at University of Wales Cardiff. Started experimenting with animation at University of Wales, Newport. Met Tom Brown; their graduation short "t.o.m." (2006) collected awards from Ottawa, Annecy, Sundance, British Animation Awards. "teeth" (2015) screened at 40+ festivals. "HIDE" (2020) is a co-production between La Cellule Productions, CUB Animation Studio, and NFB Canada. Currently lives in Hungary. Bella Szederkényi (CUB Animation Studio) Graduated as animation filmmaker from MOME Budapest (2009). Co-founded CUB Animation Studio (2015) with Bálint Farkas Gelley. Shifted from directing to producing, helping young talents. Lecturer at ASF workshops and MOME Animation.
