This is my final 4-week assignment for 3D Character Animation professional course in The Animation Workshop. Inspired by Jacques Tati’s „Playtime“, I decided to create a character who acts in a more subtle manner. For the second part of the film, I wanted to go all out on physical movements of the whole body to get experience in animating a character running, trying to hold balance and tackle with some object.

We are glad that we could screen an extraordinary stop-motion piece, Antipolis by Kaspar Jancis in our Masters Competition Programme at the 11th Primanima. The Estonian filmmaker's clay figures are telling the story of an incompatible conspiracy theory about the shape of planet Earth. He worked on many audible and visual details of Antipolis with artists and friends from Hungary. At the 11th of Primanima Kaspar and Mattia Sinigaglia also gifted our audience with a surprise at the Award Ceremony.

The Primanima International First-Film Animation Festival is back, marking its 10th edition in Budaörs this year. This year, the animated short films arrive earlier than usual—running from October 5 to 8—at the Mór Jókai Cultural Center and BABtér, with Saturday events also taking place at the Municipal Youth Club. In addition to screenings for adults, teens, and children, there will once again be workshops, discussions, and, of course, parties. Professional programs are taking on a new format, and Primanima Jumpstart—a hybrid talent development program—is launching as well.
