Synopsis:
The infant has a hard time with his parents. Dad is a clumsy “under-mannered” who takes care of the household but is not very good at it. The alcoholic mom often doesn’t even know she’s not in the restaurant anymore, but at home. And so what is beautiful can only be seen by the child outside the window. Until one day he sees a beautiful flying balloon… The film humorously shows how dangerous disordered family relationships can be.
