Synopsis:
Voodoo Bayou is the oddball tale of a Voodoo doll that springs to life after being stung by an electrified mosquito. Then, after discovering that he’s been used for evil purposes, decides to escape… but it won’t be easy, since his master, a mysterious witch doctor, will not stop chasing him until he’s back in the villain’s wrinkled hands.

Chump and Clump get to know each other at a bus stop. They just missed the bus and are now waiting for the next one, which unfortunately is only scheduled to arrive one week later. To shorten their wait, they make use of all sorts of substances, which leads to them running into difficulties when the bus finally arrives.
