Synopsis:
This short but impressive experimental animation was made by students of the Studio of Animation at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art of the University of West Bohemia during a traditional school plein-air. It was inspired by the endlessly elaborate structures of the bark on trees near the Wallenstein Loggia. The students fittingly used the technique of non-phased animation – animation of real photographs.

The video for Pamphlets is a meditation on the feeling of being unfit, unlovable, not compatible and the manic anxiety and stress that this results in. Also, it is about the emergence from that state of mind through the embrace of uncertainty, insecurity and difference.
