This was my first music video and to this day probably the hardest film I’ve ever made. I’m surprised and delighted that people still feature this in series and festivals. It’s dear to me, and I’m glad some folks get a kick out of it.

Drawing inspiration from Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation video, our character embarks on a nocturnal journey through the city streets, culminating in a solo party held in an underground ruin. This visual story captures the essence of the track, blending the surreal with the rhythmic energy of an all-night adventure.

After falling asleep on the London underground, a man finds himself mysteriously spirited into the desert where he follows an illusive trail of a failed love affair. Through the exploration of song writing, the man eventually reaches catharsis and the acceptance that allows him to move on, and to find his way out of the desert.
