Pumped full of hormones and running on no sleep – that’s a reality for many women, but especially for new mothers in the postpartum period. This intense phase can make a baby’s head smell like chocolate jelly bananas and lead to wondering whether breastfeeding mothers will survive the longest when the apocalypse is imminent, because they could feed themselves.

A near-apocalypse erupts when a nun discovers a man in the garden. Can secrets truly be kept within a tightly bound sisterhood living in delicate harmony? What first appears mysterious may ultimately prove surprisingly mundane.

Not so mysterious although still debated is also a part of the female body – the klitoris.  What lipstick to wear to not appear as too promiscuous? To shave or not to shave? To sleep with him on the first date or no? And why do ladies even need to deal with all of these questions? As if the pressure to drink at least two liters of water a day wasn’t already enough. 

Sometimes, we just want to order a Sex on the Beach – without the sex that follows us everywhere. Everywhere, that is, until we grow old. Wrinkles render the female body undesirable, and in our consumerist society, a woman over sixty is often left with no role but disappearance.
