I moved away from my mom a long time ago, but I still live with her. I’ve never seen my dad but I look like him. I have to leave sometimes to still be able to like them. But will they still like me too? You choose your family. They’re terrible, but loneliness would be even worse. That’s when we told ourselves we were much more grown up than our parents. Who am I, who is my mom really but most importantly, who is that omnipresent animal in our room?
